What was the highlight of The Manor at Camp John Hay
Place is nice, but not a very pleasant stay.
The facility is nice. However, there are certain issues, like, rate does not include breakfast. When most of the hotels we have checked in local or abroad includes breakfast. Food has limited choices.
Value for money. I paid Php 35,000.00 for three nights, and this does not include breakfast. Our ceiling in the bathroom is leaking. TV cable coverage is very limited. Food during breakfast ( we tried once, since its not included in our package), does not have many choices, at Php 880 per head, its not a good deal. So we ate breakfast outside the following days instead.

Everything.
Everything. The staff is great. The service is great. The facilities are great. My wife and I love every thing about this hotel.
The sneaky dress policy at the restaurant always throws us for a funny little loop and the food is a little pricey.

The room was not worth it...they should upgrade their rooms. Ac must be installed
The buffet breakfast was ok but not amazing...staff are accomodating but less knowledgeable with regards to the foods on the set buffet. Flies are everywhere, so disgusting!!!
UnComfortable rooms... bed bugs on the bed, pillows, blanket the carpet was so dirty. Rooms dusty! Not worth the pay!!! Paid 29k for 2 nights (suite room)!!! Very disappointing! CR was disgusting!
