The room was not worth it...they should upgrade their rooms. Ac must be installed
The buffet breakfast was ok but not amazing...staff are accomodating but less knowledgeable with regards to the foods on the set buffet. Flies are everywhere, so disgusting!!!
UnComfortable rooms... bed bugs on the bed, pillows, blanket the carpet was so dirty. Rooms dusty! Not worth the pay!!! Paid 29k for 2 nights (suite room)!!! Very disappointing! CR was disgusting!

I love the Manor for its location and Billy King's ala carte dishes! Your bakery is quite good too!
The ala carte dishes. Breakfast buffet. The choral groups.
Coffee was sour at breakfast-freshly brewed was better. TV was bad, no other station but CNN & BBC, mostly bad reception, too.

The location is the only decent location in Baguio, although the smell of sewer can be smelled right outside the hotel. The staff were warm as usual.
Tap water is not potable. Amenities were bare compared to previous stays.
